The fine print
- Paid plans can only be ordered by businesses, sole traders and professionals. During checkout you confirm this and give your company name and billing address. EU businesses outside Germany need a VAT ID (reverse charge).
- All prices are net. German VAT is added where applicable. You receive an invoice by email.
- Plans renew automatically for the same term. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan or by email to info@signround.com; the plan ends with the current period and your documents stay.
- Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
- If a payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Simple electronic signatures only, not for documents that require handwritten form, a qualified signature (QES) or a notary. See the E-signature disclosure, Terms and DPA.
