Are e-signatures legally binding?
For most documents, yes. signround creates simple electronic signatures (SES) under eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN/UETA (US). Some documents need a qualified signature or paper form — see the E-signature disclosure.
Do signers need an account?
No. They open the link in the email and sign.
Where is my data stored?
Encrypted in Frankfurt (EU). Only you and your signers can see your documents. Details: Privacy Policy and Subprocessors.
Can I cancel a document after sending?
Yes. You can void it any time before everyone has signed.
